House Rules

we have a finished basement with a full bathroom that we can make available. it would be a tight fit for a family of four but it could definitely be made to work for a while. we don’t mind smokers, but they would *absolutely* have to smoke outside. brrrrrrr… :-) kitchen and laundry would be shared. parking would be on the street. quiet hours are 9pm to 6am
