Completely private space with separate entrance & patio (accessed by a paved walkway with 5 spaced out steps). Laundry area is shared space accessible from both living spaces. Apartment is small (500sf), but newly completed, clean, modern, and full of natural light from big windows. Backs to trail system and within a mile from grocery stores, restaurants, fitness, and shopping. A great space for a single person or couple. Open street parking in front of house. Main household houses owners who are recent empty nesters. They have an English Mastiff that loves cats and non dominate dogs.
