Quiet hours from 9pm to 7am. We are quiet, and do work from home. No smoking or drugs including marijuana, please. One member of the household is not vaccinated. Please note: dog are welcome but we do not have a dog door so guest would be responsible for letting dog out, and we don’t have a fenced yard. We’re trying to create closet space! :) The available bathrooms are both detached but next the the bedrooms. First bedroom has queen bed. The second available bedroom has a good-quality queen futon. An additional bed is a pullout queen sofa type in a family room – not private, and would have to share bath. One available bedroom is on main level – lower level has bedroom and family room, but can be accessed from outside if needed.
