I am an Air BnB property so these are my House Rules for Air BnB. This property is a guest suite on the lower level of our home. We are in the foothills at 9100′ in unincorporated Golden. I am Gilpin County but Jeffco is the property directly behind me. You should have a 4WDrive or All Wheel Drive vehicle. We have a new puppy who is training well but may cause limited noise when playing. The washer dryer is our own personal one but we will help you with laundry. The space has a kitchenette and not a full kitchen. Microwave, mini fridge, toaster over, crock pot, Keurig, and waffle maker. We provide cereals, breakfast bars, coffee, tea, hot chocolate to get you started. House Rules: I am aware that this is a guest suite in a mountain setting and it is 30 minutes from Golden. I am aware of the listed kitchenette amenities. We live in a forest, so there is NO SMOKING OF ANYTHING or vaping anywhere on the property or in the neighborhood. Also thawed are no candles, open fires or firearms permitted due to the fire danger we live with. Due to issues in the past please note our no tolerance policy for marijuana, edibles or any drug use before or during your stay dates. IF PARTAKING YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE! Please be sure that no one in your party is, has been or has been around anyone known to be sick in the last week prior to your arrival. For Air BnB insurance purposes, please book for the proper number of guests including children older than 2 years old and indicate any infants. Please let us know an approximate time of arrival. Due to work schedules we request that you try to check in by 10 PM. We do not allow pets. PLEASE NOTE: Our home has a septic system so NOTHING is to be put down the toilet but TP; no tissues, feminine products or foreign objects. ALSO, please place all food scraps in the trash and not down the drain. It will ruin our septic system. Our home is run on electricity. To help conserve energy, the heat must be kept below 70 degrees. Please turn off all exhaust fans and lights , inside and outside when not in use. Turn the heat in each room to 55 degrees when you leave for the day. We would appreciate it if your shoes were placed on the provided shoe tray. To help with the spread of possible Covid germs, upon check out, please strip the beds and place ONLY the sheets and used towels and robes (if used) in the baskets in the bathroom and bag all of your trash and recycling.
