Politics and Policy Pillar

The mission of the FEC United Politics and Policy Pillar is to:

1.  Identify and Train candidates for municipal, county, state and national office that support the goals of FEC

2.  Identify and remove, through normal or recall elections, candidates with platforms contrary to FEC United

3.  To empower our neighbors in the ways they can support candidates

4. To monitor proposed policies throughout the state and organizes speakers and experts to testify in support of FEC United Goals.

Action Steps 7-23-2020

  1. Create list of Colorado House and Senate candidates and post to FEC Website
  2. Work on getting a candidate in every race; this ensures competition and starts name recognition
  3. Call County Party Chairperson(s) to identify:
    • Candidates we should support
    • Send that back thru our website at fecunited.com/politics-and-policy-pillar
  4. Encourage donations to candidates around the state that are like-minded
